Good morning! It’s a rare morning where both kids are sleeping past 8am. I’m slightly jealous though. I want more sleep. Joelle was up until 11am, not quite sure why. I guess she wasn’t tired like her mama. But on the positive side, I’ve been up since 4am and have already taught an RPM class. Score! Cardio workout done for the day but I’m up for BodyPump tonight.
